tea selection coffee selection comfortable bed nice bathroom unresponsive communication staff intrusion malfunctioning keycard
the room included a good selection of tea and coffee. the bed was large. the bathroom was very nice. the hotel location is convenient.
i requested a late check-out in advance and the hotel did not respond. two staff members walked in on us the following morning. the key card stopped working, so we were locked out of our room.

the junior suite i booked was spacious. The room featured good amenities. I also found the complimentary breakfast tasty with a variety of options.
i noticed the gym is located across the street, it's not directly inside the hotel

comfortable bed walk in shower helpful team dark room missing towels spotlights need
the room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a walk in shower i found a good selection for breakfast it included fresh scones and great coffee the reception team was helpful and cute
the room was a bit dark there was nothing to look out at but a shaft i requested fresh towels twice but they never was it needed spotlights in the room to make it brighter when getting ready
